Microsoft Project is designed to predict the outcome of a project by charting the time and resources it requires. It enables you to organise, manage and track the tasks that move a project forward. If you need information about tasks, duration's resources, costs and baselines, Ms Project presents it in specialised views that are easily understandable. This course provides the concepts and procedures for organising, planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling projects.

You will learn:

  • The Microsoft Project environment and some project management concepts. Determine duration and assign resources (personnel and materials).

  • Enter, edit organise and outline tasks.
